Melanie | 11 Aug, 2007 04:34:23 PM PLEASE AVOID THIS SO CALLED LAW FIRM! I dealt with them for one year. I had 333.00 taken out of my checking account every month for one year. I was promised many things such as debt repayment of 50%, no contact of credit card companies after 6 months, bad credit reports would be cleared by creditors, and creditors would accept the offers made to them. I am now being sued and wages garnished from 2 of the 4 creditors, they did not accept any of the negotiations (if any were made) and the refund I received from Hess Kennedy was a whoping total of 500.00. They will not return any of my phone calls and will not send me any copies of the work they say they did on my case. I am now filing BANKRUPTCY! What a joke. | |
