Sue, this entire process has been a mix up if you ask me, I've got lots of friends and family that thought they would have their money this past Friday, and NOTHING....I don't get it.

I think you're right, lmale. A friend of mine at work said her father actually got his last week, and his SS ends in 70!! According to the schedule, he shouldn't have gotten his until this week.

I guess I'm just worried because now it says the data will be available within a week prior to when the deposit is supposed to be made...but mine should be done on the 9th and no data is there yet.

Hey everyone, my last numbers are 86 which means that I should get it on or around the 16th, but I read somewhere last week that everything was moved AHEAD one week, so I am hoping that I should get mine around or on the 9th. This is a blessing and yet nerve racking as well.

Luke

I know Luke - have you tried the "where's my stimulus payment" link yet? I'd be interested to see if your info shows up.

In fact, I'd like to know if anyone who is scheduled to receive their payment by the 9th has seen their info on that link yet.

No, it just says I entered in the wrong info, that crap. I always put the right stuff in. It is just a passifier for millions. I will get my check in a few weeks I am sure.

Yes, someone did get their stimulus payment in their account early I think Wednesday or Thursday, they are the ones that started this thread. I know mine won't be here for awhile as I accidently filed two 1040(a's) because I didn't think the IRS website had received it...stupid me ...I could have had my money by now.

I normally don't file a tax return because my disability is so little

I actually believe it was not issued a week early. I do not know of one person who recvd theirs earlier than Friday 5/2/2008.

I just entered my info on the IRS link. It stated I will receive the rebate according to the schedule published. Not a week early!

My daughter's is being sent via a check even though she did direct deposit thru Turbo Tax. I have heard that those that utilized that program will get there money sent via check. Her last two digits were 00 and this was just made available this morning.

Thought I would advise just give to everyone else a heads up.

Anyone that used a online tax program and had their fees deducted from their refund will get a paper check. If you used a free program or paid using a debit or credit card you would still get direct deposit.

are you freaking kidding me? that stinks. I'm going to call the IRS and check that out, just to be sure, but I doubt they'll give me any better info than they did last week.

It is all over the net - It makes sense because if you had an RAL or had your fees taken out of your refund, the refund first went to another place where the fees were taken out, then went on to you. The IRS would have the bank account info of the place that took the fees, not your bank account info.
