Where is my stimulus payment check 2009? I have not received it yet.

as far as I know we will not be getting a check this time...however, most people should get $400 over the course of about 10 months I think (which comes to about $10-$11 per week in your paycheck. this is supposed to start in april.

that is only if you are a regular employee, if you are a 1099 / self employed person your self employment tax will actually be increasing.

Well I want my wellfare, from state insurance, and 1/2 of the salary that the CEO makes at the insurance company in my town. LOL

Sorry it pisses me off when people want a damn hand out. Yes at one point in my life I needed to collect un-employment, and I needed to use the state insurance program. But I used them correctly. as a TEMPORARY solution!!!!!

Count Vlad....you can't blame people for wanting a "hand out" if that is what the government wants to do to get us back on track ...I agree it is ridiculous for the new administration to think it will get us out of this mess by getting us into trillions of debt....besides, how does this new administration think $400 will help "stimulate" anything except out current debt situation????? I'm totally where you are...I believe people should work hard and be rewarded and not penalized for making money ....the new system seems to punish hard work and give "handouts" to those who don't want to put in hard work ...backwards if you ask me

You have no idea how much I agree with you on all of this. Hell if prez nobama himself wanted to hand me a check for sitting on my a$$ doing nothing. you bet I would take it. But the kicker of it is that I would feel bad for taking it. (something I grew up learning) I think that everyone needs to have pride in themselves, in their accomplishments, and in everything they do. If that were to happen then I think that the US would not be in this mess.

NO, nobody will get getting a check this year. The only thing some people will be getting are tax breaks, tax credits, and payroll tax cuts

and tax increases

And higher national debt that we all have to payback thanks to the "stimulus" that the banks, automakers, and others are getting.
