Does anyone know how long the IRS gives you to pay off a debt, I'm thinking its have 5 years, but I can't find the information.

i would think it depends on the size of the debt.some they might request be resolved in a shorter time.

I would just call them and ask. AS Paul said, it probably depends on the amount of debt, but I am sure there is a time limit.
We have had to pay them on several occasions and have never had any problem with them.
