The judge gave my ex-husband the right to claim all 3 boys, ages 10, 15, 16.My youngest son rarely spends any time with his dad. The two older boys are his and live with him. Who can claim the 10 year old?

jujue, If the judge gave your ex the right to list them as his dependents then he gets to file them.

if you want to change how the children (or child) are declared, you have to go back to court and request that it be officially changed in the court documents. Obviously if the other parent agrees it will be much easier.

Hi! I would like to know when I will get my stimulus check deposited my bank acct. My last 2 digits of my SSN are 77. Based on there sched, it should have been in my bank on may 16 but til now there isnt any trace of it. Pls help me. Thanks much!
