in ohio can a creditor granish your tax refund check

only if the creditor is the IRS or for student loan debt,or child support.if a creditor seized a bank account,and you are getting it direct deposited.then that is the only way a creditor other than what i listed can get their hands on your refund.

Years ago, I had a creditor take my state income tax money. I thought they were wrong, but it turns out that I went to a medical clinic that was listed as Oklahoma State University Medical clinic, and they were able to do the state tax--new one to me..karen
