It says:

Complet the Formular

Then there is a link labeled
Complect Formular
This is word for word

It is a scam.I get it all the time. The IRS actually has a part of their web site dedicated to this scam.

I got one of these, stating my "IRS Rebate is in the bank"..and for me to "confirm my bank account." NOPE..not today!! I know I'm getting my Rebate in the mail.

I have gotten a couple similar to this also. I love the ones that tell me that I need to confirm my bank account information, and these are all with banks I don't bank with! Anything that comes via email having to do with stuff like that and wanting my personal information, I just hit delete.
