I have closed my account and wrote to all the companies asking for a pay off schedule and they all tell me they are going to sue me most of all tendollar pay day, payday select and payday one. please if anyone knows Tenn law help please???

How long have you been paying on these pdls? It may be that you have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate that your state allows in the illegal roll over fees. As for Tendollarpayday, the are affiliated with MTE, and Oklahoma has ordered them to shut down and cease and desist on collecting on all loans. You also need to file a complaint with your state's Attorney General as well as the Attorney Generals' Offices in the states where the pdls are located, you will find the are not licensed. You are going to get out of this mess. And do not fall for their false threats. (ie: arrest, bank fraud, internet fraud, etc....those are all illegal threats)

If you have paid the legal interest and princpal back in these roll over fees, you can demand they mark your accounts paid in full. These people are sharks!

Here is the link to look at your state's pdl laws, it will also give you the contact info. on who to file the complaints with, and like I said, also file complaints with the state's in which the pdls are located. You can use Pollyandsays template letter on her blog to settle with the companies.

Also, according to Oklahoma, you are not responsible for paying the principal or the fees back to tendollar payday, as they are affiliated with Rio Resources. So don't even worry about this company at all.

You ARE NOT IN TROUBLE! Trust me. YOU ARE NOT IN TROUBLE! They are the ones operating without a license. If you are having your check direct deposited you need to stop that now, and if at all possible open a new account at a new bank before it is too late.

I am kinda nervous about it but social security said I have to have direct dep so when no one would allow me a bank account my current acct was in the negative by over 500.00 my bank said they would work with me and give me a new account and I am going to give them 25.00 a month on the old acct. Thank you for the support I have never felt so alone or so stupid in my life. I knew this was going to happen but I did not know how to stop it. finally it stopped because my dept is just too high.

I received a call today from someone from a collection company called Pinion. They are representing United Cash Loan They told me that they where going to make all of my checks I write not go thru. So unless I pay them the 145.00 today I will have my paychecks garnished. I offered to pay by 2/8 but she said no. I refused to give her my debt card number or my checking account number. Whatelse can I do.

Paula, Welcome to the forums. Social Security can mail you a check. I would tell them I had been a victim of these companies. You need to complain to Attorney Generals office Consumer Division as soon as possible. Tell them your on Social Security and what these companies are doing they will help. Best Wishes to you.
