Payday loans eating my whole paycheck

I have just closed my account and have five pay day loans. I just couldn't do it anymore. They were taking my whole check. I am in Tennessee and can't find the letter that I need to send them so they will quit calling me at work. It is so embarrassing. I can't even find the Tennessee law on the pay day loans online. Where do I go from here?
