I am in Tennessee. Can I be sued for my small PDL's if I am with a DMP like T & C? I don't want to pay them my money and them reject it, and sue me.

I would definitely check with T&C to see what they know. Since they handle pdls they will probably know which ones are likely to accept proposals and which ones might not. I know from my own experience (with another dmp company) some did not accept my proposal but did accept payments and so far have not turned me over to a collection agency...which is usually the first thing they would do before taking you to court.Assuming we are talking about legal store fronts or ipdls.

Yes talk to T&C...depends also if your small pd loans agreed to the terms and conditions of your DMP. they can be a little tricky. My experience with any debt that i had/have is if you make arrangements to pay you're trying and making a valid attempt at paying your debts. T&C should provide you insight as to what's going on with these. please let us know how you're doing because others are dealing with similar situations. good luck
