O.k. here's my history. I borrowed $300 from USA Fees in January. I have since been paying only the finance fees of $90 since then. Rollovers are not even allowed in Texas where I reside so they are in the wrong there. Total paid to them is $270. I wrote them a letter explaining that there were in the wrong for lending in the state of Texas where they are not even a licensed lender and that I was willing to settle with them for the remaining $30 that I owe to pay the $300 back in full. I have been in email contact with "john" which I am going to post his responses to me. I need help writing him back so everyone who has experience dealing with these types, please help:

Maybe you should get an attorney because you have no idea what you are talking plus you may need one.

You lent to me who resides in Texas therefore you are bound by Texas laws. And further more - you are not even licensed to lend in Texas so you are in the wrong there as well.
I know that I have not paid the original loan back as of now - that's why I had the proposal of the $30. Once I pay that - I will have paid your company back in full.
Borrowed $300 on January 4th
Paid $90 on February 5th
Paid $90 on February 20th
Paid $90 on March 5th
Which makes a total of $270 paid back to your company. Rollovers are not allowed in Texas (where I reside - therefore you follow our laws). I have been rollovered 3 times already.
I don't deny that I took the loan out with your company - I just did my research and found that you are illegally operating in my state - therefore I am not bound by the contract that I "electronically" signed.
I have been in contact with my Attorney General and will forward this email transmission along for his review.
I look forward to your reply.

Your proposal for payment in full of 30.00 is laughable. As far as the interest rate goes you took the loan under New Mexico law not Texas law and as of right now you have not even paid the original loan amount back. You agreed to a legal and binding contract which I am well within my rights to collect on including entering a judgement on you. So you follow through with whatever course you see fit we will do the same.

classic case of pdl's. As in my case I too have sent letters and received comments and calls. Stick to the laws of your state. File another complaint with the AG of Texas, keep all correspondence from them. Call them and ask for the enforcement division, explain you are being harassed. If you haven't already done so, close your account that they had access to. If you are getting calls at work, request a cease calls at the office. If they violate that you can also file a complaint with the FCC.
