Hello, I received a call from "Jason O'Connor"
from a company called Restitution Services, telephone number given above. Supposedly they are collecting for a "US National Bank" and have a judgement against me and will be serving papers asap. They woul dNOT tell me who the originator of the loan is, and basically would not answer any questions at all. Can anyone advise if you have heard of this company or dealt with them? Thanks so much!

Sounds a tad fishy to me. I don't know of any collection agencies that will not tell you who they are collecting for.

I believe that if you do a search in the above box, you will find lots of info on US National Bank. they do not exist. This is a very illegal collection tactic.

These people have done the same to me, saying they were from the Hopkins Law firm, told me I would be picked up at work, threated me with jail and so on. Told me I had a payday loan with US national bank. At first I was upset about the situation,(they have called me numerous times at work, my bosses have had to tell them to stop calling, and they don't)but I figured out I never had a loan with this company. The man that called me is James CAmeroon. I have done some research and found out from an attorney they are a criminal debt collection company on the run. I have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission. I would advise you to do the same and with your state's attorney general. On the 800 notes website many people have complained about these people. They have used the tactics on everyone. They will speak over you, scream at you. I am on to them now. I just wished I could stop them from calling my job.
