yeah...they pretty much suck. i am moving to chicago in november and don't want to change and then change again, so I am sticking with them for now and there is one in Chicago. I hate the fact that I am with them...still to this date, they will not help me out. I sent a nice email to the customer service saying thanks for making me do this all on my own and how they couldn't help a bit...and I do thousands of dollars in transactions a month...they sent me one back saying if I wasn't happy, close my account. I went to get gas the next day...my account was closed...I was livid! According to them...it was a computer error. Yeah Right! | |

I also use National City - they are the worst bank ever. Nothing is their fault and they can't help with anything. When they recently bought out Harbor Federal, they changed routing numbers without notifying me. Everything I paid online did not get credited due to incorrect routing numbers. Their response was - "No one else is having that problem" and they denied a loan based on a low credit score which this banking error caused. | |
