tricam | 14 Dec, 2007 08:04:18 PM Just spoke with my lawyer this week. His take on the situation is that it will be extremely difficult to sue them, as they are registered as a Law Firm. Not sure what I'm going to do. I ended up filing Chapter 13 and am about 4 months into a 60 month repayment plan. It's not the way I would have liked to see it go, but at least there's an end date in site. My repayment percentage is only 26%. Not all that bad, so if I never see any of the money from Mezey (approx. $6k), I'll still be ahead of the debt - and am already making major changes in how I spend the meager remains of my checks. I'm on the hunt but need the help from ANYONE!!! I would like to get ahold of "ZEN"; he left a message claiming he worked for Mezey and had all sorts of good things to say.
