I recently read one of your posts and I was hoping you could point me in the right direction to get some information. How do I find out if a particular company is licensed to do payday loans in Arizona? I have read the Arizona Revised Statutes on pdl and I know already that some of the company's that loaned me cash did so illegally. It seems that Arizona only allows a $400 cap on the amount you can borrow. One company gave us $500. I would appreciate any information you could give me... Thanks so much!!!!
