I had thought about just writing to that email address, but I figured it was probably very generic and probably didn't even get looked at.
I will give it a shot though and see if I get a reply. I just thought it would be more effective for me to get a reply in writing from the person that is calling me. I will not return calls during their business hours for the simple reason that I want any communication I have with companies like this documented. But thanks for the suggestion. |
