This video is a real life example of creditor harassment on phone. We personally liked this video as it offers a unique experience to someone who hasn't been in such situation. It's no teaching, it's no big talks but a real life example. You will enjoy it.

This is a decent example of some of the strong arm tactics used by collection agencies. This site will help to educate you to your rights, best of all it's free.

My son is dealing with these jackals. So far they have not verified/validated anything. they have actually charged more money on the acct.

Excellent way of handling that situation for sure. He did not back down once and kept up and calling her back it was great. They are jacka$$ for sure.

americancreditcollections were very nasty to me.they called me names harassed me,and hung up on me twice.very rude and me lawyer will be involed to let other ppl know what kind of ppl these guys are.they lied to me about the account.
