Loan Max a payday lending company and title company is going to pay back about 300,000 to Va consumers. Its good to see these states starting to take action. They violated the interest rates in the state of Va. So time to pay up. KYSIDE38

I personally have a relative who is 53yr. old female. she was brain injured in accident,lost ability to read or write.Payday lenders in Henry Co.Va. did the paperwork for her and several loaned her the max.What a bunch of crooks.We are seeking legal advice at this time.These people are trained to prey.

Yes they are, However if you are talking about store front lenders they are usually operating legally. Be careful they can and will sue you. This is a horrible example and I am so sorry for your situation.

I think in this case, if your relative has lost the ability to act rationally, this loan can be declared null and void. It will be interesting to see where this lands. Keep us posted.
