ALW hates cash2day
Hello. I recently ran across a post you posted about certain payloan companies not being licensed in VA, specifically Heathmill/Cash2day. I originally had a loan of $200 with them and now they are saying I owe over $5,000! I live in VA. Please contact me at Ladarr3tt3@yahoo.com. You have a potential client here.

I live in Virginia and am going through a mess with payday loans. I chose to go through Langhorne but their is one collection agency that will not stop calling me. What can I do?? I wish I had never gotten in this mess in the first place and I don't think any of them are even licensed to lend here. Thanks

If you signed that you would pay a debt (through court papers served and then later suspected that debt as not being valad, what is the step now. I stopped paying when I became depressed and a judgement was given the agency who claims to be an assignee of an assignee of the original creditor. Can this be? I also found another letter of request to pay from a different agency who claimed the same account number and amount and gave the bank a different name. Also, someone said that I can claim my Depression as reason to not know what to do to prevent judgement through the Disabillities act.Could I use my PTSD also to say why I agreed to pay in the first place. I was intimidated. Also I have no recollection of ever receiving a notice to pay from this agency before I was served original court papers.I became aware of the judgement when I received court order to send them all of my personal info, or to call and settle with them. Can I avoid sending them personal info while getting down to the truth about the debt. There is something in the papers (I got copies of the originals ) it says something about a "post judgement disclosure stay"

I live in West Virginia, but am looking for a Virginia attorney. I found out that I have a judgement against me, but I believe I was improperly served. (In fact, I was never served). The debt was over three years old with no effort to collect. I'm looking into having the judgement vacated. Can you be of any assistance? Thank-you.
