Finally sent me an email after recieving my letters, i assume.
The problem is that they are asking for 300 which is the amount that i borrowed but i have already paid them 270. So I sent back that and told them that legally I am only supposed to pay 16.10 per hundred dollar, so with the fees I came up with 78.30, is that right? I live in DC btw

yea, they called me on wednesday and told me that they were getting ready to send me to collections i was like for what. i had sent in my letter before the loan was even due, i only owe them 30 bucks, they talking hundreds! but i sent the letter certified this morning with the proof that the letter was recieved, i want to see how this plays out now!

i missed you guys so much. feels good to be back. and while ive been gone, the PDL's have not bothered me too much. I dont answer any phone calls that are blocked and I finally was able to officially close my checking account today!

If this compnay is illegal you only owe what you borrowed and no fee's. Don't give them anymore than the 30 and then you are done with them.
