Finally sent me an email after recieving my letters, i assume.

The problem is that they are asking for 300 which is the amount that i borrowed but i have already paid them 270. So I sent back that and told them that legally I am only supposed to pay 16.10 per hundred dollar, so with the fees I came up with 78.30, is that right?

I live in DC btw

yea, they called me on wednesday and told me that they were getting ready to send me to collections i was like for what. i had sent in my letter before the loan was even due, i only owe them 30 bucks, they talking hundreds! but i sent the letter certified this morning with the proof that the letter was recieved, i want to see how this plays out now!

They are not a legal co. Only pay what you borrowed.

i missed you guys so much. feels good to be back. and while ive been gone, the PDL's have not bothered me too much. I dont answer any phone calls that are blocked and I finally was able to officially close my checking account today!
