I'm in default with B.I.G, it's has been about six months and I contacted them to find out my balance so I can pay them and they said $1695.00 mind you my loan was only $200.00 and they said I have to pay it all now or else.

Big is an off shore company that is not licensed anywhere in this country. Pay the principle back and be done with them. There is nothing that they can do to you.

these off shore pdls hardly ever give up .They will hound you to death. Just be vigilant with them, and insist on following the laws of your state. Thye are illegal. pay what you owe, and just keep telling them that you have fullfilled your obligation to them.

also besides my debt with B.I.G being $1695.00 on a $200.00 loan, they keep on trying to take money from an account they know is closed, and I asked them to stop because thats how my bill is so high. But the guy said if I don;t have the money by the 28th of this month, they'll continue to try to get the money from the bank account. ( which comes back to them invalid account number or account is closed ). What can I do to stop them?

BEWARE! stay away from these people. They double-talk you in their foreign accent and take money from your account whenever they please.

Have been paying the interest pmts. but recently have had medical problems and loss of income. They will not accept anything less. No address info will be given...really snotty people! Anyone know an address to send Money Orders to?

I borrowed $180 from these guys with the understanding to pay back 3 payments of $80 and 3 payments of $60. I agree it was a bad deal, but none the less I paid back the loan and 3 months later they hit my account for another $60 for NO apparent reason. I was finally able to speak to someone after disconnected #'s and un-returnable emails. They said I owed them $500. After 30 or so minutes of going back and forth they gave me a deal and said I could pay $250 and be done. They then emailed me a payment schedule for May 1. It was for one payment of $150, and 2 for $50, all to hit on the same day. Why 3 deductions? I have no idea? Then the next day I got the same email but the amounts have changed to the 2 payment of $50 have now jumped to 2 payments of $100. I closed the account and they can come find me! I am done and contacting my lawyer.
