Hi, i left a comment earlier BUT wanted to know....

I live in DC and i have borrowed loans from.

Check N Go
Ace
Totaling 1500.00, i have been good with going in to make my Finance Charges BUT recently have been falling into crunches since i spend $215.00 every two weeks. Does anyone know if i offered to start making payment arrangements if that is acceptable. I dont want to be sued by them although i go in to the stores to make my finance charges and they apear nice. Does anyone know the DC payday Advance laws?

You should contact these stores directly and explain your situation. I have dealt with a store front Check N Go in DC and can tell you that they are willing to work with customers if they are made aware of the situation. Good luck!
