I ask to sent money order to the collection agencys they said they can not accept them is this correct? Thet telling me they will pt a lien on my house, garnishing my payif i don't pay more. I found a list showing which were legal for the state of Florida and I did not find any of these on there. So the best I can tell they are operating illegaly. I just not sure what I should do. | |

I've closed my checking account. I've emailed and reported them to FL Attorney General. Anything else I should be doing? What if my bank re-opens the account once they try to debit again? | |
