I receive the debt collection notice letter on 1/6/12 from CIR, Law Offices, they claim that their client is Discover Banks & is attempt to collect the discover card debt. I checked my credit report on 2/4/12, it shows the discover account is charged off. It does not show the account had transfer to new party, it only show shows CIR Law office's 2 credit inquiries.I already miss the 30 days time line of request for verification of debt, what should I do now ? (  I am in CA, the CIR, Law Offices also in CA )
