Hello, happened upon this site while trying to figure out how to get out of the payday loan cycle. It's great to know that i'm not alone...I checked into withdrawl activity in my checking account and am finding withdrawls marked NLS Payday 12, any ideas who this is? Any directon would be appreciated.

Any PDL company out there will typically debit your account with an alias, or another name their company goes by. I've had loans with National Title Loans, and their debits were under "Cash Advance"...so I'd check through emails, or even the contracts of these places, may show their "other name".

And yes, asking your bank to run a trace is also a great idea.

Ask your bank to block the transaction ID of the payday loan company. When the company won't be able to make any debits in your account, they will call you back. You can discuss over your accounts and arrange a payment plan if the debt is valid.

Read some topics and know others who blocked the PDL company from making further debits.

I am also having debits from my account but have no contact information for this company. Does anyone have a number or website address? Know what this is from and what the fees are for?

I had this problem and now I have their number.
It is 877-995-1400. These people have taken over $400.00 out of my account for a loan of $150.00. They made over $250.00 because I didn't realize what was happening until this month. They sent me an email indicating I could get a loan from them. I called the number and verified that this was the culprit.

Hey,
I don't understand how you people can't find phone numbers for companies. Do you not read your contracts when you get loans? Do you not check your email when you receive emails from the companies? Do you not write down the phone number when you set up the loan? I don't have a problem doing that. :?

Regarding these payday loans you are recieving online. You have to read the contract & listen to the conversation with the representative. If you dont understand THEN ASK EVERY QUESTION YOU CAN because if you dont then your will be debited its not their fault, that all you here is " Chi Ching " :D

To paulmergel... For one thing our company is not foreign what so ever there are several female representatives in this office & we are all very fulient in the english speaking language.

So I dont know where the foreign accent is coming from that is obviously not OUR COMPANY so get over yourself.

Have you even checked into the lending requirements in the state you reside in ? That could be YOUR PROBLEM to begin with & who in the right mind looks up payday loan companys on the internet to resolve personal finaincal problems.

Do you not realize that when people do this that their social secuirty number, account info and employer is on the internet for all of us to steal your identity..Your just jealous of the business that we are in...

So you back off pdl troll...How about them apples..I know what Im talking about.

I have to respond to that mess. I have a question first: Who took out the loan originally?! Who is responsible for for managing their own finances?! :?:

We dont harrass our customers at all, if anything we tell them to pay in full so we dont have to deal with the " I lost my wallet cases ".

So with that Im done stating my case...have a blessed day...

Operating a legitimate PDL on line like CashNetUsa, for example, who is right up front with their terms and is licensed in every state they operate in, is not wht we are opposed to here. They are a fine example of how to run such an operation. They are a member of the trade organizations also. Operating outside of state laws and hiding behind several different names while making rollovers the rule and paying in full next to impossible is just plain criminal. One such company, whom I can't mention due to a confidentiality agreement as part of a settlement, makes payment in full possible only if you fax a document 3 business days before your pay date. They send you that document 3 1/2 days before your pay date. I do not have a fax in my home, do you. They refused in writing to stop ACH withdrawals which is a violation of Federal law. Thus the settlement I received from their attorney. They are still operating the same way and consider occasional payouts part of the cost of doing business. These are the companies Paul and the others are speaking of.

I have had money taken out of my checking account by nls cash advance 12 there is no phone number and worst I haven't gotten a loan. About 5 months ago I filled out some applications for an on line loan but I never finished getting the loan or any money the first thing that happened was some id theft protection site started taking money out of my account because they said that by applying for a loan that gave them permission to take my money as a customer. I got them to stop but I never got my money back. Now this company is taking roughly 200 dollars a month for the last three months and I can't find out who they are.

NLS cash Advance 12 debits is SignMYloan.net
They are bullshit, because they don't give any info on there site about your loan, they just continuing debiting your account.

Don't use them.

 As other people who find themselves in a financial jam I went online to get a loan.... these people gave me $200 dollars and I never heard from them again... they do contact you using another name that is so off from who I initially got the loan from that it goes straight to my Spam.. after googling the source on my bank statement and finally getting a number I was told that I needed to call them and tell them that i wanted to pay the whole loan off or they would take $61 4times then take the entire balance... $61 was taken for two months and finally I have a way of contacting these people and telling them to take all their money... at the end of it all it will cost $383 for the $200 they loaned me... as if I didn't already have financial troubles...
Before taking another payday loan I will ask myself can I get by without it...

Does anyone know the number to or heard of SCS Processing - Direct Pay. This is a payday loan company, but I know this is not the real name. Some of these companies DO NOT send e-mails or follow-up by phone. They just go in every pay day and take their financing fee. I also just had Northway Financial put money in my account and I have never spoken to this company, let alone applied. ONCE YOU TAKE ONE ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN, YOU CONTINUE TO BE HARASSED BY THOUSANDS MORE TO TAKE THEIR LOAN! I have learned my lesson to never do an online payday loan again-- It just spirals into more, beginning to rely on them! NOT A GOOD THING!

You apparently never been SCREWED over! These companies open shop, then close shop but still take your money.

For everyone who is affected by these kind of on-line loan companies, go to your bank and change your account information. Tell them that someone is debiting out your money with out permission. That will stop them!

You should learn how to spell before you claim you are fluent in the English language. Just a suggestion...

I called them and they verified that my loan was paid off. First of all getting in the payday loan rut is very easy. If you dont get out of it, you will find yourself with many you should only do it once and only if you are really in need. Their finance charges are high and it is only for short term use. You are better going to a cash advance place in your state their rates on loans are cheaper. Dont get into the pay day loan rut because if you do it several times your whole paycheck will be gone.

How did you contact them? I can't find a phone number or website. If I have to I'll place a stop payment on their ACH, but I hate to do that - I'd rather be pay it off and be done with tehm.

This is an illegal lender. How much did you initially borrow from them? How much have you paid back thus far?

Thank you SO MUCH
