Anyone heard of them or had to deal with them? They are located in Florida. number 18007411969. Thanks


This company understands harassment. Put them on your speed dial and call them as many times as you can as fast as you can and talk as long as you can and when they hang up repeat the process. Let them know that you intend to do this as long as they continue to call you. Time is money to them. Make it plain they'll get none from you. IT WORKED FOR ME!!!!!

They called my daughter at her place of employment three times and its for apex alarm company. then they called me and I told them they have no right to call my daughter. They are very RUDE AND DO NOT LET YOU SPEAK. IN FACT THEY SPEAK OVER YOU. I TOLD THEM THAT MY HUSBAND WAS IN A SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT LAST YEAR, WE HAD TO SELL OUR HOME AND THEY TOOK THE ALARM SYSTEM FROM MY HOME AS REQUESTED. I TOLD THEM IN OCT THAT I COULD NOT PAY IT RIGHT NOW, SINCE ON ONE INCOME. I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN FLORIDA. BEFORE THEY LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY THEY HANG UP ON YOU, IT IS THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN SPEAK NOT YOU. I KNOW I OWE THE MONEY ITS JUST I CANT PAY RIGHT NOW

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I could not pay my monthly bill due to the fact that my husband was in a serious car accident and has not been able to work, then we had to sell our home because we could not afford it and did not get what it was worth since his income was gone. and still is. I have told this company they will get paid, I just can't right now. They don't want to hear any excuses and they are very rude. When I threat to contact the florida attorney generals office they hang up. If you had a serious situation and you couldn't pay your bills you would not be talking to people that have circumstances behind it. Yes there are people that just don't pay bills. You can't make your comment about all. I have paid my bills but I can't right now.

I have a bad ck there, i have never had a bad check ever and dont know what to do i wanted to make payments but they refuses all or nothing 980 dollars i have gotten into a bad money trouble with health issues, if i go to jail i cant pay it and i will lose my job any advice

#107: did you actually write the check? You mentioned you have never had a bad check. If you did not write it, DON'T PAY! YOU did not write the check and in fact you should immediately ask for a copy of the check so you can investigate this possible theft.

Now, as for going to jail that depends. If you did write the check, there is a possibility you could be charged, but they generally give you every opportunity to pay it.

I have recently had a horrible experience with audit systems inc. i had an agreement with an audit systems rep. and she did not honor our agreement, we had agreed on payments and she billed for the whole amount, leaving me with a negative bank acount. i am so infuriated yet stuck i dont know whether to call my bank of make a complaint... this is my first time dealing with a colection agency i just turned 20 and have no experience in this stuff... help!!

You are an idiot! You cant even spell and u expect me to believe u pay your bills? Ha!!! I work at Audit Systems and know for a fact that we dont threaten people with the police. That is illegal. Yes you can pay the bank.
Yes they do get a cut of it, asi from the bank and the collector from what ever money you send in they get a %(what ever is set up for that bank)of what ever money you send in or pay the bank if the rep has put a promise to pay on your act.

That call was recorded it so you can demand to listen to it and point out what was said....i would record the recoding and turn it over to the bank if you didn't tell them to pull that much money out and they did the company has to not only give it back but also cover all of the odf's on your acct that they was the reason for. They will try everything up to claiming to not have the recording but they do have it.

i don't think it's a matter of refusing to pay bills as so much that the economy has completely fallen apart people are no longer working or spending money the way they used to when business was good and as far as them calling and harrassing a business for an employee that is no longer with them is just ignorant on there behave as a business it's funny cause theres always someone thinking this could never happen to them or be on that other line of the phone wake up sweety our country is falling apart as we type and one day this could possibly you!!!!

I have been trying to pay a check that I knew bounced but had no idea who to call to fix it......... I found out that audit systems had it and when I called I had someone who was very rude and hung up! I understand that the debt needs to be paid and they dont care about ur peoblems but I was just asking for 10 days! I called back 2 days later and got the nicest lady she was so helpful and listened to my situation she told me to go to a cash advance place or get a pre paid card from walmart I got a prepaid card and she set up a payment now I am free and clear. I told her about the rude lad I spke to before her and she told me that when it comes to bad checks there is not an extention with out setting apayment up one she explained it I understood. She laughed and told me that she actually wants to resolve the debt and help not make -people feel like they have no options!! They have a job too just comply with there questions and then you will get your turn!!!!

calls are recorded because they could call your moms house and she could ask what this was about some people would not want there mother to know they spent 3200 at a casino or they call ur x husband I amsure you wouldnt want him to know that you are having problems! I was shocked and surprised when got a call that my bank account was closed but when the situation was explained I understood. My bank to,ld me O cou.ld make payment but audit systems actually will give you the right amount you need to pay to keep it off of your credit or from affecting you! They do know what they are talking about in that aspect!!! I spoke with Ann and she was the most down to earth and understanding collector hav e ever talked too! She said she understood my situation but she has a job to do and she is just advising me of my best interest. I called and asked if her information was valid and sure enough If I did not pay what she said then it would go on my credit! I paid my debt in payments and it never went on my vredit report!!! Better then most collection agencies I have worked with!

Did it ever occur to any of you idiots out there that people do not chose to not pay bills. When I used my credit cards, I was working and paying my bills - seeing I became disabled and the governement makes you wait 3 yrs befoe approving you for ssda, it is a little difficult to pay credit cards if you cannot even pay for your prescriptins - no income if you are married is even worse - because they don't give a damn that a two person house is now having to be paid by one person............if there is no money, you cnnt pay - if you ask me the collection agencies are gettting what they deserve - NOTHING - I worked as a collector and did not come across anyone that could not pay their bills by choice except for ATTORNIES and DOCTORS who would not take the time to open their mail so they were just waiting for the call..........anyone else had lost job, became disabled, crippling medical condition - if a person has no money, they have no money, plain and simple - if collectors did their jobs accurately and checked the persons assets they would not be wasting their money calling people 15 times a day that have no money.............so until you are on the receiving end, shut your mouth.:rolleyes:

To answer a few questions about what to do when a collections service that is not playing by the federal rules there are supposed to be.
They can not tell you you HAVE to pay within a certain deadline. They CAN let you know that if you do not pay within a certain time frame that further action may be taken but only if they actually intend to take that action. (ie. sue for a judgement)
What everyone on this thread is calling a "Cease and desist" is actually termed a Cease Communication and must be a written communication from the debtor or their attorney or representative.
There has been some discussion about harassment by collectors or collection agencies. There are certain things a collector or agency can do but swearing, threatening, numerous phone calls to the same phone number are some that are said to be harassment in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. While harassment itself is not defined in the FDCPA it also not limited to the above offenses.
The more you know about their rules the easier it will be to make them tow the line and therefore make an experience that can be quite negative into at least tolerable.

This compnay has called my son for the last three or so months. Evidentally someone used his number as a fake number or something. Long story short we do not know the people who they are trying to collect a debt from. I have called the last three times they called his phone and asked them to stop. Each time they were VERY rude and said it was taken care of and then dismissed me.. It continues and my 13 year old gets pretty upset/scared when they call. I called them today and it took me 4 tries to get to a "Supervisor" who said I as the one harassing them because I called 4 times on one day (I wouldnt have to if they did not hang up each time because they didnt want to hear hat I had to say). I decided enough was enough, I just got done filing an FTC Complaint because really..they should leave a monir child alone. I hope it helps but I have seen here where others have done the same and obviously nothing has been done. If you have an issue with this company, please file a complaint..nothing else seems to work.

Why? Maybe because it is their RIGHT and it is LAW. That good enough for you? If a company is attempting to collect on a debt, the consumer has the absolutely right to request proof of the debt. If they "don't have that info" then they HAVE to contact the original creditors, it is up to them, not the consumer.
