We need you to call back asap.At this point Mr Go is handling this account, and to avoid us proceeding on this matter we need a call back today. You can pay the balance by calling in a credit or debit card payment or you can do a money gram payment at most grocery and dept stores such as walmart, and the info you will need is a receive code that is 4061,and you will need an account number that is your last 4 numbers of your social, and you will need the code city and state=Mason,Ohio.

CECK N GO
1-800-769-1058 EXT.6451
Also we do usually have options available.

Ok so this is an email that I received from a Mr. Burroughs with check n go. Check N Go is a store front and online payday lending company. I explained to him that I have ran into some financial difficulties and am working with a law firm to settle all of my payday loans. I cannot afford to pay the $235 all at one time. What can I do?

Keep trying to work out an agreement with them. They are licensed in OH and will probably take you to court eventually. I would just continue to explain your situation and tell them what you could reasonably afford and send a good faith payment. And why can't you just go to the store and make the payment or mail the money order? I would find out what other options he is talking about in the e-mail.

I just sent him an email telling him that he asked that I call asap and I did and the office is closed. I explained to him that I am working 2 jobs so I can try to pay off some of this debt. I explained to him that I am keeping all of my email communication with him so I can use that to show that I am trying to make some sort of a payment arrangement with them. I told him that I am not trying to hide or ignore this debt. I explained to him that giving checking account information is not an option, nor a credit card or debit card payment. I explained to him that I am willing to make payment of $20.00 per week in my local store. I will let you know what he says.

I'm going through the same exact thing with Mr. Go. I took out a loan with CNG and the amount due is $912 on Oct 16th. Which will default, I emailed and explained my situation numerous times and just recently received the same msg described above to call him back. My payment proposal was ignored and they want more than what I can send let alone they will not accept money orders only cc, db, or money grams which I cannot do. I asked if I can go into the store and pay and he said no that it will cause accounting confusion. What??? I asked for a remit to address in my letter but that to was ignored. I am located in OH too. Any thoughts on what I should do and how to proceed?

Aside from Check N Go I will be defaulting on CashNet USA come Oct 17th and they are licensed in OH too. I sent them a letter but no reply.

I highly doubt it would cause accounting confusion. Stand firm on how you will make your payment, (money order only), and send in a good faith payment. They want your money and the longer they bicker the longer it will take to pay them back. Stand strong on your position, it can be done, alot of us have been through the same situation. And I would contact CashNet to let them know your situation, they may be willing to work with you, it is hard to make the call but in the end it is better to be honest and make an attempt to make good on the debt. Who knows, they may end up being ok with a payment plan that fits your budge. You have to make the call before the default so they are aware of your situation and don't think you are trying to forget about them.

Might try to go to their online web addres at checkngo.com. I told him that I am keeping all email communication to show that I am attempting to pay on my debt so if they do want to take me to court I can at least show that I am trying to repay but they do not want to accept or agree on an arrangement. I believe that would help me out in court versus me not doing anything at all.

Arj800 - I checked out there site but no address info is available but what I did notice that Mr. Go response requesting moneygram gave me the following information: You can pay the balance by calling in a credit or debit card payment or you can do a money gram payment at most grocery and dept stores such as walmart, and the info you will need is a receive code that is 4061,and you will need an account number that is your last 4 numbers of your social, and you will need the code city and state=Mason,Ohio.

I looked up Check 'N Go address for Mason, Oh and found it.
Check 'N Go - Corporate Office
515 Financial Way
Mason, OH 45040

I am going to send them a good faith payment and retain all email communication like you for my records.

Once you have gone deliquent for a period of time that local store you did business with no longer has your information. I would suggest to listen to WHEREAMI and purchase a money order and send a good faith payment to that address above. Make sure that you list your account number with the payment and keep records of what you send. I dont think they are trying to give you a hard time.

Hello. I have allot of payday loans as well. They spiraled out of control and I have payment plans set up with all of them except for Check N Go. They made me agree to a payment plan that I could not afford. I made the first payment of $ 185, but now they want the remaining $ 385. I could pay them like $ 100 every two weeks, but they are demanding all of it. I am unsure how long I can put it off before they take legal action. I could probally make the full payment in about 6 weeks. How long does it take for something like this to go to court and or ruin credit.

I have 3 payday loans, only one which may default. Wondering about legal action, not really worried about the credit report, as that is all F-ed up anyway. Read the contract very carefully, it doesnt say anything about "we will put you in jail...yadda yadda..." but wondering how many people have been prosecuted for hot checks or whatever. I am in a spiral I cant get out of, I am totally robbing peter to pay paul, HELP!! I am in Texas, which of course is bigger and more bad ass than any other state. Please Help me.

I just wanted to let you know I am in the same situation. I live in Alabama. Fortunately for me, the state of Alabama is not fond of payday lenders. The district attorney refuses to prosecute checks written to payday lenders through their bad check office. Also, the payday lenders cannot report you to credit reporting agencies. They can only list you a payday default list to prevent you from getting more payday loans. I will pay them as soon as I can, but all they can do is threaten and harass me in the meantime. Which happens to be illegal for them to do.
