How does a small business get credit for staff retention? Which conditions apply?

This is Andrew from New Rochelle, and I wanted to know what steps are necessary to be eligible for the Employee Retention Credit. I own a small business in the upstate.




To qualify for altered payroll reporting, you must first meet several strict requirements and contact the ERC collection agency. For 2020 versus the 2021 exams, the requirements are changed. Normally, you have to be a member, but they've made all the webinars about Covid available to everyone without a membership. You are not permitted to use the same income for ERC as you did for PPP forgiveness if you received PPP loans.
