I received a phone call from 800-398-5557 and the lady's name is Marisa Hamilton. She left a message for me to call her about an "urgent matter". I have never heard of this company and wanted to see if anyone out there has heard of them.
Thanks.

Here is their Ca. Secretary of State filing info.

They left me a message with my real name, then called back and when I questioned him by calling him a fraud.. He changed my name to Remmington. Good stuff, just avoid these fools. He didnt even have my correct automobile, nor did I ever own a black Toyota.

A person named Tracie (Tracy) Shaffin called my employer and neighbor. She told my neighbor my phone had been disconnected. I called her 800 number and left a voice mail for her not to call my work or neighbors and to only call the number she has for me. I also told her she was disclosing private info about me with the status of my phone. I have let my employer know she is a nuisance call and have followed up in writing.
When I called to get their address the person answering the phone wanted my name and why I was calling. He was reistant to giving me the address...parcelling it out bit by bit with my having to ask for each line...
Thanks for the help.

let's go over this again shall we?if a JDB buys a debt then while they own it.they are not the OC(original creditor)which makes you a 3rd party collector.you buy debt then you are a 3rd party collector.nice try.
