how do i get my phone number removed from west asset management system. for three years now they call me off and on about someone that i don't even know. and each and every time they say that they will remove my phone number, but they still call, i complain, then they call again and on and on and on...


972- 471-9012 or nine seven two four seven one nine zero one two. Caller id says "out of area", have also have been receiving about 10-15 calls from what caller id describes as only "out of area" with no phone number listed at all. They have only part of my name. They always call & hang up. This incorrect name was used on medical emergency contact forms for a relative & there is no such person at that number they are calling. Good advice about checking my credit. I think they must have gotten this information from my relative's emergency contact info. This is really scary as it seems my info has been stolen from confidential medical records. And I'll soon find out if i made a mistake of calling them from a friend's cell.

Called here repeatedly with hangups when I did not answer. This morning, "Eleanor" called for an unknown person and when questioned, refused to give me company address; she was calling from 281-738-3898. Filed complaint with Texas Attorney General and FTC.

More than one incident.. one time a man called my husband a F------ D--- Head! For asking what the call was in regard to..!!! In my case, when inquired where the debt originated, she refused to tell me so I refused to discuss further & hung up..she continually called back 31 times in one half hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have records!!!! So, It can be proven!!!! I saved one voicemail which is unbelievable!!! informed investigator news cast at our local news station- didn't follow up as calls ceased... how this can even happen without legal charges is beyond me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These people deserve to be the same during their most vulnerable days!!!!!!!!!!!

Mother has debt for Hospital bill Ins didn't pay. Sister has power of atty. Has faxed it 3 times, calls every Monday and still they say they have no record and it could be 4 to 6 months to get in their system. Will not let you talk to a supervisor. What do we do??
