tracking 4 seasons cash loan in collections. HELP!!!

I'm going to file chap 13 bk soon and I'm in the process of compiling a list of all my debts.

I took out a loan from four seasons cash. I can't even remember when because this was one of many payday loans, but I think it was between 2012-2013. It was eventually sent to collections at Credit Protection Depot. I made a couple payments then defaulted again. Now it seems they are both out of business. I head four seasons cash was shut down. I can't find any good contact info for CPD either - seems as if they're no longer operating.

I really need to track this loan down. I want to include EVERYTHING in the bk. I don't want any loose ends or surprises years down the road.

Any help??
