Has anyone see unvl/citi on their credit report? If so does anyone know what credit card company this is?

I have the same issue, UNVL/CITI is in my report. Refinancing our mortgage and UNLV/CITI shows up on our credit report with a current unpaid balance. We don't have such a card, nor do we have an outstanding balance.

I wonder if anyone has been successful in getting this resolved. I just had this pop up on my credit when I applied for a mortgage and I have never gotten a bill and don't have any credit card debt I'm aware of. I did have one of these cards years ago. I always paid my cards and can't figure out what this is about or how to clear it.

My credit card payment is running late. We are trying to refinance our home in order to be able to pay on time like our history shows.

This has been a year that due to sickness we have not been able to keep up.

This latesness is showning up on my report. In order to get a new low interest loan we need to have your account current.

My questions to you , is there a number I can call and see what we can do to update our balance. Account #549113938734

Im new at this and this site- I dont understand what CRA means or fraudulend tradeline show...? I also have the UNVL/CITI on my credit report it states a status of OPEN but 0 on Balance, Limit, Past Due, High Limit, Monthly Payment. Should I be concerned with the Open status? because otherwise it doesnt seem to make a negative impact, does it?

I have the same issue as others above...this account is showing up on my credit report as 'current' and 'open' with a $0 balance and a $7000 revolving credit limit. I called the number given by another user above (800-423-4343) and it was answered by a Citi customer care representative. Long story short, after being transfered several times (one of which was to the fraud dept) I was finally told that no such account appears under my name. Also, the first four #s of the account are not associated to any Citi account holders. Basically, they couldn't help me. The mystery account remains on my credit report. If anyone has had any luck getting this removed from their credit report please share your secrect with us!!!

Yes, i just got off the phone with a wonderful woman who took care of all my problems. Call (800-423-4343)
and tell them you have a question about something on your credit report and ask them to transfer you to the right person. We got a wonderful woman named tracy with citi and she more than took care of our questions and problems and had letters faxed to our lender within 48 hours. It can really happen if you get the right person. Good luck!!!!!
