The information that I have indicates that cancelation requests should be sent in writing to P. O. Box 7029, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7029. A couple of phone numbers I ran across for them are 1-800-767-4556 and 1-800-423-3502. This is from some older info on them that may no longer be valid. Hope it helps.

I had the same problem and apparently they are somehow affiliated with CITI Bank (I believe by buying them out), so can call them. 18006273999

You may have to know what kind of account was opened for them to get you to the right representative. For instance, a Office Depot Credit Card was opened in my name.

Citi Credit Card bought Hurley State Bank. Call this special customer service number 1-800-767-0291. My cards was issued for Goodyear Tires. I was able to close my account today. Here is another number if that does not apply 800-950-5114 for help. Representative can tell from the first 6 numbers of your card, then get you to the right place.

Used the 800-767-0291 Number to call Hurley State Bank that the last poster provided, and Goodyear was able to look up my account (turned out it was Office Depot) and cancel the card. Thanks for the help....

i used 1-800-767-0291 to close an acct that i had with hurley state bank and good year the rep closed the account as we were speeking and said she would send me a confermation out in the mail and i should receive it within 7 to 10 days i hope this will help

Ok so I tried a few more numbers and came back to the citi bank 800-950-5144 number. Seems they can (if they feel like it) look up the account number using the first 6 digits on the account. The last lady I spoke with wouldn't but the second man did help me. My account was with Gateway who liquidated all accounts in March of 2005. If you have a open line of credit showing on your credit report with hurley bank follow the 800-950-5114 number and if you ever remember buying anything from Gateway their credit number is 800-927-1948. But they will tell you that you have to dispute the credit report because they liquidated all accounts in 2005 and it should no longer show up.

I used 1-800-767-0291 for my Goodyear account and 800-950-5114 for Hurley Bank, which was an old Gateway account. Both customer service reps were very helpful and I closed my account in 5 minutes. You guys are awesome!!! Thank you!

I called Citi Bank at five differant numbers - all of whom told me that they did not buyout Hurley State Bank. I have an old Gateway card that is still showing as an open account. Citi bank is telling me that the account number I am providing is a Discover card number.

Ill keep trying - any suggestions? Ive tried the few above that mention Gateway - but Ive had no luck.

I called all the numbers on this page. After holding endlessly , a Citibank rep told me that they sold Hurley State Bank to HSBC in 2000. I am trying to close a Computer City account. HSBC is telling me that they don't have the account. What aggravation.

If you want your account closed just dispute the open account should be closed csccredit.com

I called 800-950-5114 to close my NTB card and the customer service rep gave me
888-867-5658. That is the NTB number, but I need to call back 9am to 8pm M-F Eastern time. I hope it works!

I used a number that someone had posted on here and was able to talk to someone almost immediately. 1-800-950-5114. (When they ask for your credit card # say "I don't have it" and it will direct you to someone). Hurley Bank was taken over by Citi Bank so the guy told me you can either Fax or Mail your credit dispute to them.
