money taking from my account

There was 49.95 taking from my account. When I called the bank they told me that I had given verbal consent to do this. I NEVERspoke with anyone from quick card services. I did not give my consent to take the money out. My account was overdrawn because the 49.95 was taking. I want the money put back into my account and you (Quick Card Service) shold be held responsable for my 35.00 overdraft fee. I will be checking with the Better Business Bearu.


the same thing happen to me with netzero i wanted to change my internet service from aol to them but the file wouldn't download to my computer it kept saying the file was corrupted so i called to cancel my service and i told them that i couldn't download the program they offered me 2 months free but i said why would i need it if i can't even get it to work they were suppose to cancel it but they took the money out of my account anyway. so when i called them about it they kept making excuses and were now saying that they didn't see where the lady gave me the 2 free month, now my account has been overdrawn and they are trying to say that the bank and not them are responsible for returning the $31 over draft fee back to me and i said no it's your mistake you'll be giving me my money back and i called them everyday for a month until they gave me all of my money back. i believe that when companies think that they can bully and make a fool out of you they will try that's why if i know it's not right oh i will get my point across and get the situation resolved.

Someone from everprivatecard has taken $49.95 out of my checking account without my consent. I haven't even applied for any cards. I don't want this service and I want my money put back in my account.

I never agreed to this, and i would like to cancel this ASAP. I had $49.95 twice taken out of my account and i would like a refund put back into my account. I never signed or talked to anyone to approve this. Please take care of this matter soon.

Again people- if you had read the other posting you would know that this is not the company that took out your money, nor are we affiliated with said company. We cannot refund your money because we did not take it. Please contact your bank and get the number for the company who took it and contact them. Also tell your bank this was an unauthorized debit and to reverse it..THank you

there was 49.95 taken from my acoountas of apr 03. i did not authorize anyone to debit money from my acoount nor did i apply for any credit card service or payday loan. i want my money back in my account and the BBB is investigated this matter.

I had $49.95 taken out of my account on April 18,2007 I would like this amount returned to my account I called the bank and they counldnt give my any information on the. At the time of this situation i only had $7.62 in my account the charged me $31.00 plus $49.95 that put me in the negative bracket now I owe the bank please refund my money and cancel this ASAP. Thank you
