At your present situation, you can go for debt settlement which can give you a great relief.

As per PDL Assistance is concerned it doesn????????t seem to have a great reputation among the consumers. According to BBB, there are 10 complaints against them within a span of last 12 months.

In addition to this, there doesn????????t seem to be a good consumer feedback in our forum too. Click HERE to see a response from one of our community members who was enrolled with PDL Assistance.

In such a position you can discuss about the possible ways-outs with our community????????s professional expert, which is a free service HERE.

Just at a glance, it looks like most of your pdl's aren't licensed or legal to lend but more research is required to know for sure, unfortunately I am under time restraints this morning, but I am sure someone else would be most happy to assist you. I'm pretty sure you could do this yourself, instead of paying a company to do it for you. All it takes is a little research and persistence, that is what I would do. It's completely up to you though, some people care not to deal with it, while others do. Anyway, there are many people here who are willing to walk you through this, and believe me, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, so hang in there, someone will be along to advise you shortly. :)

Thank You all for your quick replies.

I actually think for some of these companies I may have overpaid (I have only been able to access some of my most recent bank statements) So I am sure Ive paid way more than what is legal to some of these companies. Any assistance in drafting the applicable letters (if Ive overpaid is a partial refund possible) and the addresses of where I need to send these would be immensely appreciated.

Can anyone please advise on the format of the letters I need to send and where to send them to for these lenders? I am not going to go through PDLAssistance and will do this on my own.

Can i try asking for refunds with PDL companies that I may have already completed a loan with that are illegal and is already paid in full?

To Whom It May Concern:

It has been brought to my attention that your company is not licensed to lend in my state, therefore making the contract I had with you null and void. These are my terms, if you are not willing to accept my terms, then you will not receive any payments.

You are hereby notified that I am revoking ANY and ALL ACH transactions made by your company on any of my personal accounts. If you make any attempts to do so, I will be forced to take legal action against your company. I am also revoking any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company, my employer has been notified about this matter.

As of today ________, the only contact you may make with me is either through email, or USPS. I also demand your company and any affiliates of your company cease and desist all contact with me (except what is stated above), my employer, or any references I have listed on my account.

Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.

Probably, the best way to locate the addresses, is by placing the name of the company, ei., "Magnum_Z address" into the search box in the upper right hand corner of this forum, that will bring up a lost of topics, just go through the topics and you will most likely find the addresses. I emailed all my letters, over and over again. lol! Just sayin! That way you will have a paper trail as proof they received it! You might also want to include the EFTA (reg E) in those emails.

Oh and, you are quite welcome, that is what we are here for, to help!! Here's the EFTA-
[quote]"Electronic Fund Transfer Act".

???? 907. Preauthorized transfers

(a) A preauthorized electronic fund transfer from a consumer's account may be authorized by the consumer only in writing, and a copy of such authorization shall be provided to the consumer when made. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at any time up to three business days preceding the scheduled date of such transfer. The financial institution may require written confirmation to be provided to it within fourteen days of an oral notification if, when the oral notification is made, the consumer is advised of such requirement and the address to which such confirmation should be sent.
(b) In the case of preauthorized transfers from a consumer's account to the same person which may vary in amount, the financial institution or designated payee shall, prior to each transfer, provide reasonable advance notice to the consumer, in accordance with regulations of the Board, of the amount to be transferred and the scheduled date of the transfer.

as far as combining the letters, use whatever one suits you best. they both should work, the one I posted is a little more in your face (which has cons as well as pros) and shazzers is a bit more civil, yet equally and possibly more effective.

Hey everyone, this is my first time on here but i have been reading your posts for the past 3 days. I think what you are doing is fantastic and i feel empowered to stand up and fight. I hope to be out of this very soon. Here is what i have.

United Cash Loans
Impact Cash
One Click Cash
GFSIL
Cash TodayLtd
Midland Financial
Cash Transfer Centers

From what I have gathered on here. GFSIL and especially CashToday have paid themselves over at least twice. Both were 200. Impact,United, and OCC were all 300 and they have been active for about 2 months. Im getting hit for 300+ a check just to keep those rolling over. Midland Financial sends me statements every month and the email sais thebmggroup. That loan is 300 and i honestly dont even remember doing it but i know its paid itself more than I care to admit. Cash Transfer Center is a problem. Ive been using them for over a year and my most recent loan is 1,250.00
I have taken care of my bank account situation and now just waiting like a soldier until i start getting calls from these people. Do i wait, do i start send letters that i have prepared? Which should i ask for a PAID IN FULL which should i give some money to. I need some guidance. I decided not to use Langhorne just by reading you posts. I feel like i owe some you guys something for helping us help ourselves. Thanks

Welcome! You are off to a good start! Could you please list a few things so we can help you further? Could you tell us what state you reside in, how much you borrowed, how much you have paid back and whether they are internet or storefront? Someone can post and interpret your State laws for you. I see that you have closed your bank account? You could start drafting your C and D letter, and as long as your bank account is secure you can notify the PDLs of such. If you revoke prior to your account being closed, they will go in and take whatever is available to them. I can tell you hthough, that United Cash Loans and One Click Cash are affiliates of MNE and illegal. Someone on the board will probably know about others off the top of their head. I would think that you could certainly incoporate into your C and D letter that you have already overpaid and that you are requesting a refund. Getting that refund may be another story but there have been many on here lately who gotten such a "gift". Hang tight.

Thanks for the words. I am in Florida and I am pretty sure all the jokers I am dealing with are not licensed in Florida. All of the companies i listed are IPDL. I have the laws according to Florida. In some way all the loans i have are in some violation in accordance with FL statutes. Does this mean all the loans are not legal and in essence "Null & Void" should i tell all parties to hold their breath until i pay them. I will try and get the amounts for all and what I have paid. I might have to look way back for a couple of them. I dont even want a refund i would be happy if they just went away. I consider that lost money the cost of stupidity.

Hiya coulrophobic, it's really hard to say, I know the ones I sent took awhile for a response, until I decided to send them a few times more, for good measure lol, then they responded in a huffy way and asked me to stop sending them emails, they said they were "reviewing" my correspondence. Hang in there, I am certain you will hear from them. :D
