Does anyone know the address of the cash transfer center? My attorney needs it and they will not give it to us. Thanks for the help? Tammy

I checked my bank account one day and magically there had been 300 dollars deposited into my account and I called my bank asap and told them what was up they told me I authorized access I said no I don't know who the heck these people are then I got a hold of them, by phone. Could not get a straight answer so I called my bank back and a tracking code to the bank were the money came from and an address, to the bank. So today I look on my account and there is 190.50 debited back into my account. So know I am taking all information and reporting Northway Debit to the FBI for internet scams and crime.

Has anyone heard of Zip19.com? They are in some way connected to Northway Financial Ltd and located in Canada. They don't take a portion of the money you borrow from your account in increments. They want the entire amount at once including the interest. I borrowed $200 with $39 in interest and I'm ashamed to say I really didn't know they wanted the entire amount at once. Other companies I've dealt with DID. Since I've borrowed the money, I have gone out on temporary disability with a back injury. I have not been to work for nearly six weeks. I e-mailed customer service to explain my plight and in a few days I received a phone call from the "payment center" for zip19. I explained my situation and promised to pay when I was able. I am not trying to get out of the payment, but I just don't have it right now and there is nothing I can do about it at the moment. I terminated the conversation and she has been harassing me ever since. She has called my employer/supervisor twice since I am off work and my supervisor has had to call me to tell me I've received these phone calls. This puts my job in jeopardy. She has also claimed to have e-mailed him to ask questions that I have already answered. If they did what they claim to do and check your employer references before lending you money, then they would know that I am indeed employed there. She obviously did not believe that I was out on disability until they told her at the time of the second phone call. They kept demanding that I call the payment center to resolve the issue. I explained that I had already given them my reason for not being able to pay the balance at this time. I did try to call, but I am placed on hold for the "next operator" and made to wait for 10 minutes or longer. I'm very disturbed over this, but what can I do?
Hannah.

Hi Hannah

I have a loan with these people as well. I got my self into a big mess. I have contacted the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation in the state of Maryland which payday loans are illegal. They have received a final order on 4/3/07 to cease and and desist in this state. It looks like they are now going under the name of myzip19.com. Check with your state to see if payday loans are illegal and if they are I would contact a someone right away. I am sorry I do not have any information for you yet since my loan is not due until next week. I am just getting myself prepared for when they start calling me.

They issued a wage attachment where I work and the money was taken from my paycheck in an amount double what the actual payday loan was. What can I do now.

I should have never took a loan from Cash Transfer Centerswhich is Northway Financial/Debit. On the day my loan was due they only took 75% of my loan from my account. Then the following day they took the full amount of the again. I have to put a stop on business to void this happening again. Never use them!!

Copshop,
So they almost debited you double? If they don't immediately put the excess money back in your account, I would file a fraud claim with your bank--and file with the FTC, since Cash Transfer Centers is located out of the USA. The more of a paper trail, the better chance we have of getting them out of the United States.
