Hi Everyone,
I found this forum while doing an exhaustive search for information on the FDRS. Other than their own ads and articles, I can't find much of anything about them. I tried to search the forums for previous posts about them, but found nothing.
What is the Federal Debt Relief Program? Have any of you guys ever dealt with FDRS or know anything about them?

Thanks!
Hawk

Any mod can edit any post to their desire to keep this forum in compliance with our rules. You have been asked by three moderators to tone your posts down.Adults can have a debate without resorting to personal digs. You would be wise to listen to our advice as it has a direct effect on your continued ability to post here on our forum. Lastly please don't bore me with your rights under the first amendment as it does not apply to a privately run board.

All I am saying is I did NOT post anything and that wolfie posted as me.

Wolfie, let us (me and your fellow moderators) know what was edited, if anything. If it was so heinous as to warrant deletion, you should have kept a copy.

I'm still not sure why my replies are considered "personal digs". I've looked back at my replies and they are only requesting that people research their answers and post facts.

If people want to post opinions and rants, even those void of facts, it seems that they can, as long as they agree with the moderators point of view.

Yet when someone calls these posters on their un-researched, fact-free rant, their posts are considered "attacks" and "personal digs".

Except when directed at me. 8)

Bull D, I appreciate that someone took the time to set up this forum. My hat is off to them, with much appreciation, whoever they may be.

All I'm asking is for wolf to let you (and me) know what was deleted. I mean, it must have been VERY bad for him to delete my post. Either that or have him let us know he posted using my login. This speaks to the integrity of this board.

I am NOT making a personal attack here, but I am posting an opinion when I say that your last post skirts the topic of my post you are claiming to answer.

You say: "Willy when you run a board, perhaps you can dictate how it is run. This forum has a zero tolerance policy on personal comments." I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and substitute "attacks" for "comments" (otherwise, if personal comments were not allowed, there would be no forum).

I don't want to run a board.

What I've been asking is for you moderators to PLEASE please please point out one or more of my "personal attacks". This will allow me to know what can and cannot be posted.

And if/when you find one, please point out how that "attack" is any different from what others (unmolested by and often including moderators) have said about me.

I understand that this is a private forum and I don't expect freedom of speech. But is it too much to ask an answer to this question?

As far as the "Terms of usage and conditions of service" http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/tos.html , I am VERY glad you pointed me in that direction, as it seems that many people have not been there yet.

For instance, mobile has violated Rule #4 MANY times: "Do not post extract from any press release, email, newsletter, web page in the forum instead you can give an inactive link. Links to government, law and other informative and relevant sites can be kept active. Direct or whispering promotional posts will be deleted without any notice."

Not a word from the moderators. A synopsis with a link would more likely be read by anyone who cares.

I am being charged with Rule #11: "Please do not make any personal attacks to any individuals in the forum." Yet you moderators have not pointed out what personal attacks have been made by me. How can I not make a personal attack if I don't know what you moderators consider a personal attack?

Of a related matter, does my stating that mobile is in violation of rule #4 constitute a personal attack?

Will this post see the light of day or will it be "edited"?

I missed this one: Rule #5: ...We do not assume any duty for enforcement of rules or to filter users statements; all statements are merely the opinions of the authors and website is merely providing a forum for the venting of such opinions. Not all users are equally sophisticated in their manner of written expression, and some may resort to hyperbole in their expression of distaste regarding the activities of others, but these must be taken not as representations of fact, but merely the (perhaps excessively emotional) outburst of pure opinion.

An out?

Jeez...

I go to a bike rally for the day, and return to find that I now have a new hobby.

OK, Willy. You want to play it that way? Fine. You've had it explained by myself and two other mods that nobody posted as you. Grow up and deal with it. You've also had it explained that you will abide by our rules, or be cut off at the knees. I have no intention of debating you further on this.

From here on in, if you post anything out-of-line, I'll delete that, too. Even if I just don't like your tone of voice. Don't believe it? Try me. Don't like it? File a complaint.

Has anyone been able to get their money back from FDRS?

Has their credit been fixed since being in the program and obviously not making it through since no one ever has or will?

I am in the process of getting out since I have given them over $4500 and now I have to pay my creditors back still. They are crap!!

Has anyone sued them or is currenlty sueing them or been reimbursed by them???
