Has anyone dealt with this company One Click Cash payday loan my husband took out a loan and is terminally ill and I have paid the money back in payments and this woman MRs.Ragsdale is nasty calling me telling me I owe 200.00 more which makes the loan over 200.00 of what is owed.

Do not ever think about dealing with this company! They leech off of you and they have no morals whatsoever. If I would've known that one loan with this stupid ass company was going to cost me so much, I would've borrowed from a loan shark or somebody else who's standards are as equally messed up as the lowest scum of the earth! To anyone who is thinking about dealing with them PLEASE DO NOT go to them! If I can save someone from dealing with crooked companies like this one then at least I've spared someone else the heartache of losing more money than they're going to. DO NOT deal with this company!

One Click Cash loaned me 500.00. I ended up paying back approx 1100.00. I was told it was not interest (because that would be illegal) it was classified as refinancing fees. I was told that it was in the fine print that I had 2 days to call the company to avoid these fees. This call was in order to tell them that I did not want it refinanced. It was my impression that you had to contact them in order to tell them that you wanted your loan to be refinanced. In other words, it was done in order to get more money out of the borrower. I work as a receptionist for a busy company, and one employee has a financial relationship with OCC. They call ALL the time and we do not transfer non-business related calls anywhere except to voicemail. Well today "Paul" called back and asked me if this is how our company does business, that he was offended and will be taking his business elsewhere...
Nice try Paul, but where I work we DONT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.
What a lying snake, great way to represent your company Paul. I guess you all got tired of the "oh i'm a friend," line or "oh she is expecting my call," please.

To the woman with the issue, take your complaints to the better business bureau and file with them. Also, yes, you need to collect all documentation regarding your loan and make sure you have not skipped over any fees, or fines that could be the misc. $200 ms. so-and-so is calling for. Good luck!

One click cash is a company that preys on people who are finanically strap. They hope that after making numerous payments on a loan that you miss one, then they withdraw out of your account take the loan plus 100% interest. They need to be behind bars. It's a scam that needs to be investigated by the FBI. I just hope that no one else falls in this trao. They are scum bags.

I took my first and last payday loan with oneclickcash, I did not read the emails completly. I saw that I would be charged a $90.00 fee for the loan of $300.00.

I have been paying these people since april, this if from my account;
07/11/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $50.00
07/11/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $75.00
06/27/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $50.00
06/27/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $90.00
06/13/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $90.00
05/30/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $90.00
05/16/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $90.00
05/02/2008 OneClickCash DEBIT $90.00
Total: $625.00

I was just emailed today that I owe them the following;
Minimum Payment Due: $110.00
Payment Due Date: 2008-07-25

When will this end? I logged into teh website but all it shows is this;
NEXT DUE DATE: 07-25-2008
AMOUNT DUE: $110.00
Payoff Amount: $260.00

So all I can assertain from the website is this; If I wish for them to quit charging me I need to pay them $370.00 right now. So in all I will have paid $970.00 this is a f%@# joke! I cant get ahold of them, not email, not phone, nothing. Reading your stories I am screwed to the maximum! I cant pay 370 this week, so by the time I can pay 370 I will have paid them $1,300.00! Are you serious?

I hate this country and the capitolist swine that run it! I cant do anything about this? Nothing?

We would be most happy to help you, but to avoid any confusion, and to keep track of your posts, would you mind copying and pasting the above information in a new topic in the payday loan section? Also include, how much you borrowed, how much paid back, and whether these loans are Internet or store front loans. Thank you. :)

I went on line to search for contact information. None was given, only thing I was able to do was e-mail them. Do they also go by the name of Piggy Bank?

I have an account with these thieves! They sold my information (SSN, Bank Account Numbers, Phone and Address) to at least 2 companies, who in turn debited by Bank Account for $150.00 in two days, and tried again after I closed the account. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, I have called the banks put on those electronic checks and informed them of what one of their clients was doing. I am refusing to pay them until the FTC concludes it's investigation. I get at least two phone calls a day, and yes have been threatened on a few of those calls. To hell with them!!!

I have paid $360.00 on a $300.00 loan and they say I still owe $390.00. Can I stop payment at my bank legally?

Yes you can, read below.

[quote]
Electronic Funds Transfer Act

907. Preauthorized transfers

(a) A preauthorized electronic fund transfer from a consumer's account may be authorized by the consumer only in writing, and a copy of such authorization shall be provided to the consumer when made. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at any time up to three business days preceding the scheduled date of such transfer. The financial institution may require written confirmation to be provided to it within fourteen days of an oral notification if, when the oral notification is made, the consumer is advised of such requirement and the address to which such confirmation should be sent.
(b) In the case of preauthorized transfers from a consumer's account to the same person which may vary in amount, the financial institution or designated payee shall, prior to each transfer, provide reasonable advance notice to the consumer, in accordance with regulations of the Board, of the amount to be transferred and the scheduled date of the transfer.

I also got money from one click cash and they overdrew my account I am thinking of closing my account. I needed the money for my college books. I am thinking I need to close my account. They call my work all day long they used to call my cell phone but I turned that off and when I do talk to them this man Russell is very rude. Does anybody know if they are allowed to borrow money to residents in Utah?

I dealt directly through their email address and send them a letter of settlement stating my state laws and how I was only obligated to pay back $120 more to make it the original amount of $390. I think it only took about 2-3 times conversing back and forth and they accepted my settlement offer. So maybe I just got someone who was in a good mood. So my suggestion is to start off by emailing them a settlement letter stating your state laws - what you have paid - and if you have anything left to pay. The email address that I used with them was: compliancedepartment(at)oneclickcash.com

they completely ignore me at this compliance department.emails and phone calls which either was a fax tone or disconnected from them.i close my account and file compaints against them.now i am receiving a call from an oriental about crimianal charges and law suite against me//they are not allowed to operate in penna.

One click cash is a scam. I was paying back one click cash every two weeks and my account was never going down. I tried calling these people and they still haven't called me back to discuss my account. They would go into my account four times in one day to try to get funds out. I keep accumulating fees on my account. What is up with these people.

I also took out a $400 loan thru one click cash. I had expected the entire principal and interest to be deducted on the very first payment. They only took out $120 in the first four payment. I expected to owe very little after that point...only to find out these were fees for deferrals of payment....no principal had been paid at all!! I think I ended up paying a few more payments with minimal principal paid then tried to contact them to have them take out the entire principal on my next payment. They told me on the phone that I had to log on to my account online and put this in writing. I couldnt remember my password and sent them numerous requests to send my password!! It took over a month to finally get my password.....in the mean while two more payments were deducted from my acct. ...mostly interest!! After I contacted their customer service via email...and threatened to report them to the proper authorities did they send my password and I was able to set up one final payment arrangement in writing to pay off the account. From what I understand, this company has a Tribal Indian affiliation and not under the same laws/regulations as other financial institutions...and thus, thumb their nose at any complaints!

Amen to that! This is one of those companies that will harass the stuff out of you but are a PIA to get in touch with when you are in the "right". I just keep emailing and faxing (it's like part of my daily routine now) and hopefully they will eventually drop off the face of the earth.

Hello all,

I have recently clashed with One Click Cash (they are rude, unwilling to work with me to settle debt via payment arrangements and the rep actually started yelling at me about paying my account with them asking why I took the loan and stating that I am blaming them for my inability to pay). Anyhow, I have contacted the BBB and they say that OCC used to be located in Nevada, but now they have moved to Nebraska, so here is the address the BBB gave me:

One Click Cash
52946 Highway 12
#3
Niobrara, Nebraska 68760

Hope this helps. By the way I am in California therefore they are not licenced in CA (illegal) and their charges are illegal as well.

In last few months I keep receiving phone calls on my cell phone (and probably my home phone as well) from one click cash and I don't every recall having a "pay day" load through them ever.. I did use a local company where I went IN to the office and paid off that loan when it was due AT THE LOCAL OFFICE-and that was literally over 5 years ago!!!! where do these people get your information is what I want to know. How do I stop them?
I'm a becoming increasingly frustrated with this whole thing!

I need help. I was stupid enough to request a payday loan. I received $300, and now my bank account is overdrawn by over $1000. The bank said that they try to cash in four and five times a day, and for each attempt I am out a $35 NSF charge. I am single mother and am already strapped. Can anyone give me advise?
