Ask Experts - A new section for the DebtCC Community members

Our Community has come up with a new section called "Ask Experts" where the community members and the industry experts can choose the financial topics on which they would like to answer.

On the other hand, the individuals posting in the Community can directly reach their questions to their chosen experts and get right answers. Take a look at the article to know more about it.

A New Section for Members

The new section "Ask Experts" has been introduced for the benefit of the members, industry experts, and individuals participating in the Community. In this section, the community members and industry experts can select topics on which they wish to answer.

The best part of this section is that the experts can directly answer questions on their preferred topics. They won't have to scan through the huge number of posts any more. They can just answer the questions directly asked to them. This will also save a lot of their precious times too.

How Experts Can Participate

All they need to do is click on the "Choose topics you would like to answer" option in the "Members Area" section of the community. Thereafter, a dialog box will open where the experts can select the topics on which they want or best equipped to answer.

Notification Options:

Mail Notification: If they want to get the questions directly into their mails, then they have to check this option.
Dashboard View: Otherwise, they can view the questions in the "Questions Asked to Me" option and directly reply from there.

Expert Selection Criteria

So far, the Community has highlighted a few of its esteemed members and experts. The Community is working on showcasing more experts in the section. They are being chosen on 3 major criteria:

Activity Level

Have made minimum 25 posts in the forums

Quality

Consistently make high-quality posts and answers

Engagement

Are active participants in the community discussions

How Users Can Ask Questions

The interested members and industry experts can follow the aforementioned process to participate in the new section. This section also allows the posters to reach their financial queries to their favorite experts and get correct advice.

Go to the Ask Experts section and scan through the list of our esteemed community experts.
Click on the Ask Question button corresponding to your chosen community expert.
Choose a topic, write and submit your question, name, and email address in the dialog box that appears.

Finally, the new section offers a unique platform to the individuals posting in the community to get right answers, advice, and tips from the DebtCC experts. In turn, the experts get the opportunity give quality answers to the questions asked on their favorite topics. Hopefully, everyone will be benefited from the entire process.
