I sent my DV letter via CMRRR a few days ago and I have not received my receipt back proving that they received it my letter. How many days should I wait for my receipt to come back? What do I do if I don't get anithing back from them?

it depends,my friend's took 13 business days.granted that was from IL to CA.sometimes a bottomfeeder CA or PDL might just refuse it or have it sent back as undeliverable.that isn't common, but wait till begining of next week.then you can track it on the USPS web sight.

just wait it out my friend.once they sign for that letter.they can't pursue any further collections without opening themselves
up to fdcpa violations lawsuit.chances are from what i've read
once they sign for that.they will go away.

as long as they don't know your sending it.they should sign for it.on the chance they don't,that still isn't so bad.as long as the address you sent it to is valid,if they don't accept it that could also be taken as an admission of invalidity.i wouldn't worry till it actually happens.i think these jamokes will reject it.

You don't need to do anything else. As long as you sent your DV letter within 30 days of the CA's initial dunning letter, they are prohibited from making any further collection attempts until they validate the debt. If they can't validate it, it's likely they will sell it to someone else, and you will have to start over with them.
