As a community member I too have a testimonial to share. Here I go,
Community Name: Vikas
Location: 309 Cedar Street, Santa Cruz, CA.
Testimonials: I was in debt but later recovered from it (Read my complete story "About Vikas Kedia"). I thought recovering from debt for one time is enough to enjoy healthy financial status for ever, but I was wrong. Managing personal finance is as important as handling old accumulated debts and DebtCC community helped me learn those simple tricks. I am very thankful to all the community members for teaching me so many things by sharing their experiences. As a community member I feel proud to recommend debt consolidation care community help for your financial need. Best wishes to DebtCC community.

Thanks,
Vikas

I lost my job a couple of years ago. My credit suffered severely and I started trying to fix it and manage to raise the score a few points but its still horrible and I can't get a credit card, a car, not even an education loan for my daughter. Someone please help. I'm so lost right now, I have to get out of this mess.

First off I should make sure the Payday Loan companies that I am in trouble with are illegal: United Cash Loans, Ameriloan and The worst one: Payday Yes.
Are these companies legal to loan money in Colo ? and the way Payday Yes loans work just really suck and I can't believe that I let them do this to me!!!! I got a $500 dollar loan from them and now I have paid $900 and not one single penny to prinicpal. Can you all on here Please help me figure the best way to get out of this mess ?????? That is the only debt that I am having issues with right now. Except of course the economy issues and living on one income, more goes out than what comes in. I don't think BK will work or Debt Settlement etc.. Just these payday loans

Just in case, why don't you shoot them an email like the one below, then print it out and show it to your employer. Wage assignments are voluntary and can be revoked at any time. Meanwhile, CLI CK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

The date
Your name and address
The name and address of the creditor
Your account number with the creditor

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby revoke your right to use any wage assignment I may or may not have signed with you. You no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment. I have sent a copy of this to my employer and my financial institution, therefore any wage assignment made by your company will be denied.

Sincerely,
Your signature
