Does anyone know the contact information for JVC Processing? I would like to contact them to pay my loan in full, but cannot find the number or address.

Thanks!

Do they have an e-mail address?

I, too, need to contact JVC Processing and get a mailing address. Has anyone found a site or address for this company?

Thanks

I want to know how many people out there have had problems with jvc processing. These people were taking close to $500 out of my account each month. I couldn't find a number or way to get in touch with them. My bank couldn't find a toll free number for them. I finally stopped payments from them on my account and now I am getting threatening phone calls from them. I want to know how many people have had problems with these shysters.

I will default with them on Friday along with cashnet 500 and Route 66, oh and payday avenue. I lost the "contract" they mailed but tracked them down online at
7211 NW 83rd St, Kansas City, 64152 -
(816) 587-6672
This is not the 1-800 number but when I called it's the same voice I remember calling before at the toll free number. The letter they mailed said Nevada but I looked at the red postmark and it said Kansas City Missouri so I got a little curious and googled JVC Kansas City Missour. Also on the bbb site you can look at their documents they filed.

Hi Aaron

Your bank has the transaction ID of JVC Processing. They can block the company from making further debits in your account.

The phone number of JVC Processing is 877-877-7734 Their bank is called First National Bank of Kansas and their phone number is 913-266-9000. Get in touch with your bank for more information.

Yes, you can deal with the JVC Processing without paying anything to the collection agency. Just make sure that your account is not sold off by the credit company and your payments get posted towards your account. Talk to JVC Processing about your loan account so that they pull your file back from the CA

Call JVC processing and get an update of your account. If they are able to give you the information, you will figure out that the file is still with them. You can propose your payment plans. Usually, when the file is sold off by a credit company, they don't have any information to give because of the fact that they don't have the file. Talk to them and figure out the latest status of your account. The number to call is 877-877-7734

The collection agencies must charge the fees allowed by your state. Check out the contract signed with the original company. It must mention the fees when the accounts reach in collections. Principal amount must be added with the fees allowed by your state after it reaches the collections. Call your AG's office for knowing about the legal fees allowed in your state.

it seems like it. I think you should send a debt validation letter. Read through the forum and you'll hear what everyone's experiencing with these "so-called" collection agencies. They're probably real, but i have a feeling that they're overcharging us for no reason and are trying to scare us so they can get their money asap. Trust me, I want to pay my debt, but i need to know my truthful amount owed with the legitamate fees. Send the letter to receive a real statement before you pay!

I just got a phone call about 15 minutes ago from someone (JVC Processing) saying that they got my app and I was approved. They then got my bank info and said that the money would be there overnight before noon. After hanging up, I felt a little strange cause they didn't need my signature or anything to finalize the loan. The woman gave me a phone number, but when I called it back it was the wrong number. So, because I couldn't get them I GOOGLED them. I found them through this website/chat room. I am so thankful that I stumbled across folks that are having this unfortunate issue. It is terrible that people are allowed to do this. But they know that there are people in the world like us who are in desperate need of money and are almost willing to do anything. They told me that there was nothing to fax and that they could not send me anything saying that the loan was cancelled. They just said that they would shred my info. This was after they got my bank info. I am hoping that nothing like this happens again.

I had a loan a couple of years ago. I too was trying to find contact information to pay off this bill but could not find anything. Received my first threatening phone call from Bass today. When I mentioned contacting my attorney, they told me they did not want to talk with me anymore and to have my attorney call them. The man was rude even though he said he was on my side. Did anyone have luck getting their debt settled?

I see some people are having problems with JVC, but it sounds like some people have paid them off. Will they really stop taking money out of your account if you pay them off, or do they screw you even after you're paid off? They only take 90 bucks from my account each month, but we haven't had a chance to gather all the funds to pay them back. They've taken out money for at least a year and a half. This past time, my account was negative when they tried to take out the money so they didn't recieve anything but it cost me a $25 insufficient fund fee. So they tried it again, which cost me another $25 insufficient fund charge, and when that still didn't go through, they tried yet AGAIN but this time only tried to get $30 bucks. Still no luck, but it still nailed me on the insufficient fund fee. Now, 2 weeks later, they tried to pull $90 out again, and this time they got it. BUT, then they tried to pull out $90 again, which they also got this time, and then they tried AGAIN and pulled out $30. So I understand that I didn't "pay" when I owed, but are they allowed to take out $210 for that? I figured maybe the $90 plus a late fee, but a $210 seems a little extreme. Anybody have any ideas? My bank told me the only way I could get these guys to stop taking money out of my account was to close the account completely. I don't want to do this becuase I've had the account in good standing for 9 years. Somebody help!

I've had other payday loans and haven't had one issue. I have with JVC and never received my contract verbally or via email. I finally was just able to get in touch with them and they informed me that the $$ that has been coming out every 2 weeks has simply been interest nothing towards my loan. I got a $200 loan and they have so far taken $450!!!!!!!!!! I said I never received anything explaing that that was how it worked, my understanding was part of the bi-weekly amount was interest and the remainder went toward the loan (the way all of the other companies I've used did it) The lady informed me I was told and I did receive a contract and blah blah. She was extremely rude. It's my fault for doing this in the first place and I can't blame anyone else. But as I said before I've used 2 other companies that were excellent. If you have to use a payday loan service don't use JVC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
