DEBT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into on [DATE] between:

WHEREAS, the Debtor owes to the Creditor an outstanding debt on account number [ACCOUNT NUMBER] in the original amount of $[AMOUNT]; and

WHEREAS, the parties wish to settle and resolve this debt;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. SETTLEMENT AMOUNT
The Creditor agrees to accept the sum of $[SETTLEMENT AMOUNT] as full and final settlement of the debt. This represents a reduction of $[REDUCTION AMOUNT] or [PERCENTAGE]% from the original amount owed.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
The Debtor agrees to pay $[SETTLEMENT AMOUNT] by [PAYMENT METHOD] on or before [PAYMENT DATE]. Payment should be made to: [Payment Instructions]

3. FULL SATISFACTION
Upon receipt and clearance of the settlement payment, this account shall be considered paid in full and all debt obligations shall be satisfied. The Creditor agrees to take no further collection action against the Debtor.

4. CREDIT REPORTING
The Creditor agrees to report this account to credit bureaus as "Settled in Full." The Creditor further agrees to remove all negative entries regarding this account from credit reporting agencies within 30 days of receiving full payment.

5. CESSATION OF COLLECTION
The Creditor agrees to cease all collection activities and communications regarding this account immediately upon receipt of this agreement. No further collection letters, phone calls, or legal action shall be taken.

6. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
Upon payment of the settlement amount, the Creditor releases and forever discharges the Debtor from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from this debt.

7. NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY
This settlement agreement does not constitute an admission of liability by the Debtor or an agreement that the debt was valid or accurately reported.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the settlement of this debt and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.
