I live in Florida and have several payday loans, on is with Big Picture Loan, AWL, Spot Loan are these legal loans in Florida?
Big Picture Loan keeps changing the amount I owe them it went from 1100, 3500, now they are trying to say I owe over 10000. AWL I have paid them 2200 for a $700 loan and they say I still owe over 465. I have stop the ACH but what do I do now? Thank you for your time.

All of them are illegal in Florida. You can ask for a refund from them. Rather, you should ask for a refund. You have paid more than what they deserved to get. Okay. Send a letter to them and threaten to report the matter to the State Attorney General.

Don't pay a single penny to them. You have already pay the principal amount. Since they are illegal, they can't claim for the interest. If they further call you for the money, complains to the state attorney general.
