A moderator's main responsibility is to maintain a spam free environment in our community. A moderator is to be a role model in that they must rise above what tries to bring them down. Moderators must support and show kindness and respect to other moderator's as well as debt samaritans and members. Nothing outside of constructive criticism to others for the information that they are sharing is acceptable. A moderator in our community should live by the Golden Rule and do unto others as they would have them do unto you and love thy neighbors in our community.

Moderators will be warned once in writing via a private message if it is deemed that their interaction with others falls outside of the scope of the proceeding mission statement. If their actions continue to contradict the mission statement, their privileges may be temporarily suspended for 2 weeks. If there is a third incident their privileges will be permanently revoked.

Any moderator inactive for 90 days will be contacted and asked if they wish to continue or return to a regular member status. Inactive is defined as not posting in the forums for 90 days or more.

*Admin, with the approval of community, has the right to amend the following at any time to improve the quality for the sake of the community.*

Sounds great so far. Define "inactivity!" If I log in
everyday or so and not post does that constitute inactivity? If I PM someone instead of posting in the forum due to a sensative nature of the topic,IE location of individual, strategy, etc is that being inactive?

I guess Im trying to ascertain the criteria for someone to be concidered "Inactive!"

Hi Roadwarrior,

I appreciate all you do for the people here. Please carry on like you have been helpful to many through PMs. Please try to do few general postings in the community. Let's say if you don't post anything, new people may not know how much informed you are. It's always good to have people like you and encourage others.

It's not needed that you have to post everyday. But everyone will like to read your general suggestions once a while. Any queries, let me know :) You have always been so helpful to others. I am glad that you wanted to make it clear.

Regards
Mike
