I am in the process of setting up a debt plan and I don't know who C O Collections are. I have already put stop payment on their debits, but they have not contacted me and I'm not sure which internet company I used to set up this payday loan. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them?

If the account is in collections, they will try to hit your cred
If the account is in collections, they will try to hit your credit report. And the CA must validate the debt in writing as per the federal laws. Read the fdcpa for more information

The bank can't find a phone number from the info they have. I just want to make payment arrangements. I'm gettinout, just didn't register yet!
