When we set up the accounts and issued the loan it was with the understanding that payments would be made, but unfortunately at this time we show that there has been nothing that has been paid out from your bank account and you have actively stopped any attempts we've made to retrieve our funds which constitutes theft. We have contacted you various times in various ways (e-mail, letters, phone) trying to re-establish contact with you and work this out in good faith. We have been acknowledged only with your silence, false promises, or outright refusal. Please touch base with me before (24) hrs if you want to resolve this so I may make any necessary adjustments. After this date, extensions and missed/late fees will begin to accumulate once more. A VERY serious review into this matter will begin on 6/23/2006, but you do have until the date shown above before necessary actions are taken against you. Please respond to this email so that I may help in preventing further action and more fees accumulating on this account.

Thanks,

I got an email like that from a different PDL who I had already turned over to my consolidation company; I think it was just a generic email sent out to anyone they had in their system who had defaulted on a loan. If you've made payment arrangements with them or something, call and get it cleared up so you can stay off their harassing phone call list- it's never fun to be on that list.

I paid down on this and this month she is asking for this outrageous amount I don't have plus it seems everytime I pay it doubles I am getting tired of this do they have to validate this debt.

Yes they do- don't just keep giving them money blindly. Send them a debt validation letter requesting that they explicitly state
a) what the principal amount was
b) what their "rollover" or "extension" fees are
c) the amount that you've paid them so far
and other things of that nature. Then, you can compare what they've sent you to your records and with your states lending laws to find out if you've overpaid or if you've paid enough to satisfy the principal debt. If so, you may be able to get them to mark you account paid in full. But the first step is sending the debt validation letter.

You should also check your bank statements and review the debits done by Xpress Cash. This will help you in comparing with the statement given by the loan company and know if the payments done by you have been posted towards your account. Some companies don't post the payments or take long time delaying the matter. This can also be the reason your total balance is not going down. Ask for the statement from the company showing all your past transactions.
