Can someone get me the number for T&C? I would like to make sure that I am making the best decision for my situation. Lot's of Payday loans and it's time to straighten them out.

Most are online, although one is with a storefront. I know, my stupidity, but I know I have to straighten out this mess and never deal there again. 8 all together. I can't do much with Sonic, and I intend to pay them off next paycheck. I haven't closed my account to straighten out the mess, but I was advised my bank to do so when I was honest about my situation and explained that I was trying to straighten out my account. Zipcash has worked with me, but I see some of the others on this site may not be so cool. I also want to straighten out a couple of loans and cards that helped put me in the PDL shuffle.

Hi Gettinout,

If you check out this forum, you will find all the loan companies you are dealing with discussed here. Many people are dealing with them and a few still waiting for results from them. Try contacting each of the loan companies and explain your payment desires. Get the loan statements so that you can review the interest rates and the charges added on the total amount. If you can afford paying on your own, it's good otherwise you can use some professional help. Someone from your area will be calling for discussing on your debt accounts. You can sort out the matter with him.

Superior Debt Services contacted me but I have seen a few comments that weren't very complimentary on this site. I just want to make sure that I am working with someone that is both reputable and responsible. It looks like they restructure debt, not manage it. I really am not trying to skip out on what I owe, but I need to reduce how much I pay every pay period and some of it needs to go to pay off the loans.

Superior debt relief is being used by some of us here. I have not taken their services but I feel they will be a good settlement company. If they have already worked with your creditors in the past, you can surely expect positive results. Check all the terms and conditions before signing the contract with them. Keep a copy of the contract with you in case there is something to dispute later. You will have everything documented. Lastly, you have to get started and take care of the debts. Try them keeping yourself in the safe side first.
