kyside38, I did a search but didn't get any information. Take help of your bank and see the name of the company doing the debit. They will be able to give you information about the company. You can request them to block the company from doing further debits and put a dispute on the items directly with the company.

Oh god! Bank should have helped you. See if you and your friend can push them for some help. They should have it in their records because the transaction is taking place and the company is doing the debit. It is entering in their system.
