I worked in commercial real estate for 2 years and was living off credit cards, as it was a 100% commision job. Since then I have moved to California and am working as a Vice President of Sales for a clothing company and am making good money but would like to eliminate credit card debt or consolidate. so i can start saving money and investing wisely. thank you

Phillip, you have made the right decision of taking care of your credit. Now that you have a good source of income, pay off your debts so that they don't ruin your credit later. Every place evaluates individual credit worthiness and if you maintain it nicely, good for you. You will be open to many new opportunities relating to finance, banks will offer you competitive interest rates. The credit scores will rise higher when your credit report presents a good payment history. The consolidation program will be beneficial to you in the process of fixing the credit.
